Step 1: Online Registration

Parents who are interested in enrolling their child at FCC must complete the online Enrolment Registration form with a required registration fee of $100 per family. This is a non-refundable fee which will ensure each child’s place will be reserved in our enrolment system.

If there is an immediate place available for them in their desired class, parents will then be contacted for an interview. If there is no place currently available, the child’s place will be reserved on the respective waitlist in chronological order by registration date.

Before you start the application, please ensure you have the following available:

  • Birth certificate
  • Immunisation history
  • NAPLAN results
  • School reports
  • Parenting / court order documentation (if applicable)
  • Residency documentation (if applicable)
Step 2: Enrolment Interview

Once we have received an Enrolment Registration form, the Registration fee and all appropriate documents, the parent/s or guardian/s will be contacted to come in, with their child/ren being enrolled into the College, for an interview with our Principal.

These enrolment interviews at the College are an opportunity to meet with the Principal at a personal level and to address any queries a parent or student may have. During the interview, there is time to discuss the many opportunities available to students, College policies, orientation and transition into the College.

If a student applying to be enrolled has a specific need, disabling condition or significant healthcare needs, the Principal (or delegate) will assess and consult with relevant parties in order to adequately discuss how the College can cater for the student’s specific educational and care needs.

Step 3: Offer of Enrolment

If a prospective family is offered an Enrolment of Acceptance form, they have been officially offered a place into the College. The offer will be valid for 3 weeks.

During this step, further documents may be required to assist the decision of an enrolment. The final decision for any enrolment is at the discretion of the Principal.

The student’s placement is confirmed once the Enrolment of Acceptance form is completed, signed and returned to the College, and the Acceptance fee of $400 has been paid.

Step 4: Enrolment Confirmation Payment

Following the Enrolment interview, you have 3 weeks to complete and return the Enrolment Acceptance form with a non-refundable Acceptance fee of $400 that will be deducted from the first payment of the student’s tuition fee.

A student’s placement at the College is confirmed upon receipt of the Acceptance form and payment.
